Dear John, Eamon, Robert and Marion,
Mary Jo (my mum) was so very saddened and sorry (as was I) to hear about your mum’s death. She was a true friend of my mum’s ( as was your dad). My mum cherished your Mum’s friendship throughout her life.
The last time I saw your Mum and Dad was at my wedding in 2005 – I remember your Mum as beautiful and so full of life, sparkle and kindness. She really was someone who lit up a room.
Just to say, that my mum thinks of your parents every day. My mum has a beautiful black and white photograph of your mum and my mum at some party in Dublin many moons ago – she has this hanging up in her room. We also have many of your dad’s stunning artwork – which we cherish.
We are very much thinking of you all at this very sad time.
Very Best wishes to you all,
Mary Jo Byrne (and Mary Carmel)
