When I first met Matt I liked him right away .He was a quiet reserved gentleman but still had a twinkle in his eye.He and his son Ronan were very much alike so I knew my daughter would be very happy .Heather loved Matt and his family. I can recommend an Irish man as I was married to one . I send my condolences to Marie and the family .

As I read through all these beautiful messages from Matt’s family and friends , I see how he impacted so many people over the years. I had the privilege of calling him my father-in - law for the past 12 years . He was one of the sweetest men I know and always had a limerick for our kids and gave the best Grandad cuddles.He is gone far too soon for all of us but we will never ever forget what a wonderful human being he was.Sending all our love to Granny and all the family.
