He was an absolute gentleman and, over the past 40 years, we always looked forward to chatting with him at NACAI/Athletics Ireland events and passing on photos we might have taken of him from the year before!
He was a fantastic and dedicated competitor and will be sorely missed by the many people who were lucky enough to meet him through his love of athletics.
