He was a true gentleman and we feel privileged to have enjoyed his friendship and company with you for the past 40 years.

I only knew Micheal for a few weeks in hospital but in that time he managed to lighten the spirit of everyone there. A man with a nicer attitude I've never met. A profound thinker and proud of his family. This news is met with a sad heart.

Condolences to Mary and all the Brown family on the sad passing of Michael. Myself and the Murray family have many fond memories of Michael from our days as neighbours in Malahide. He was a lovely man and a great fella for a story. I can still picture him walking those two "spirited" Irish terriers around Ard Na Mara, luckily he was such a calm and patient man! He had a great life and leaves behind a lovely family. RIP Michael.
