I was very sad to hear of Michael’s passing. He faced his illness with great bravery. Having met Michael when I was working in the GPO we talked at Boden matches over the following years while I also enjoyed our chats in recent years at the West Wood gym where we were both members. May he rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this very sad time.
