So so sad to hear of Michael's sudden passing. Such a nice man, he would always greet you with "Hello Dear" and a big smile as you entered his home. A couple of years ago I went in to Michael caring for him, it was extra special when he heard I was a Clare girl.. He was always so grateful and thankful and never wanted to put you out of your way to help him. True Gentleman Rest in peace Dear Michael... Marie.

So sorry I couldn't be at Michael's funeral mass on Saturday to pay my respects to one of the nicest persons you could meet in Loughrea. We will miss his warm friendly personality around the place.

I'm saddened at the sudden death of Michael..and send my deepest Sympathy to his 1st cousin Bridgie and daughter Philomena who were very good to him.
I had the privilege of visiting him weekly and bringing him the Eucharist. He was always very grateful and welcoming.
Though he was housebound he was interested in the happenings of the parish and loved to get the News letter.
I also had the privilege of working with him in St Brendans Home and
have lovely memories of his great kindness and care to all the patients.
