Michael was one of my dearest friends and although we had not seen eachother in some time he always remained in my thoughts and held in the highest regard, I considered him one of my best friends.

Michael cared deeply about those closest to him, with an unwavering sense of loyalty and genuine interest in the lives of those he loved.

He was always so full of passion, you could hear it in the conviction with which he spoke about the things that interested him.
