Mick, it broke my heart to hear you gained your angel wings. Over 30 years ago I met your amazing daughter Dawn and as a result I met a wonderful couple M&M, and a lovely son Michael. You welcomed me into your family and your home, and we have shared so many fun times along the way. I am so going to miss the banter. Our loss is heaven's gain.. You will always be in my heart.

I will sign off with those words we all yelled on holiday in France.. EAT OUR DUST...

Till we meet again rest easy my Dublin Dad..

He didn’t so much live a life as have an adventure. And all of us who – even in small ways, and for short periods of time – got to share it with him, are richer for it. Aunty Margaret, Michael and Dawn, our thoughts are with you. We send our heartfelt sympathy and much love from the US. Richard, Jocelyn, Leah, Day, Stella.

My heartfelt condolences to Margaret, Dawn, Mike Jr, and family. Our snowmobiling, camping, singing around the campfire together with Mike and Margaret - these are my fond memories. On our trip across Canada Mike wrote a long poem, " Canadian Odyssey" dedicated to Erna and Pete. Mike and I crossed Lake Louise in a canoe - a brave move for Michael who was not a swimmer. I'll always remember your laughter and music, Michael.

My sincere sympathy to Margaret, Michael and Dawn. What a shock. I remember Michael's funny stories and jokes and how he made me laugh. Also how in our younger days, he played all the old songs on his guitar and we sang along with him.
It won't be the same coming home to Dublin as I shall miss him coming to greet me and sharing his great stories. God bless you Michael, Margaret, Michael and Dawn. Much Love. May xxxx
