We were brought together by our mutual interest in IHCPT and by her Duffy family roots which were in Killorglin where we live. Sincerest sympathies to the Duffy and Troddyn families on the death of Moyna.. Moyna was our forever friend who brought her friendship and wise counsel to the Irish Pilgrimage Trust for almost fifty years. On stepping down from the management of the Trust Moyna joined Group 358 "Forever Friends" and continued to travel to Lourdes with the Trust at Easter.
Moyna was a valued member of Group 358. It was a great privilege to have known Moyna and to share annually with her the Lourdes experience.
May the good Lord welcome His faithful servant into His fold. Rest in peace dear friend.

Don Troddyn was the first Secretary of our Staff association and Moyna was his very able assistant. The association owes them both a huge debt of gratitude for their many years of service during its formative years in the early 70's

Sincere condolences to Moyna's family & friends on her sad passing. I will never forget her kindness & support when my dad died suddenly when I was in Lourdes with the IPT in 2000. She managed to hold a plane full of passengers in Toulouse airport while we drove the 100+km there at high speed to get me back home to my family that day. May she rest in eternal peace.
