To the Ó Cléirigh family. Sincere condolences on the passing of Muiris. Mr. Ó Cléirigh taught myself and my brother as 4th class students in Scoil Ailbhe, Thurles. As we were neighbours, I would sometimes meet your Dad out walking his dog and he was always very pleasant to meet and chat with. Hopefully, he is now at peace.

I offer my deepest sympathy to Dolly and family, Mairin and Treasa and all the extended family on the sad occasion of Muiris’s passing into eternal life.
He was a” gentleman” in every sense of the word! and very fondly regarded by his relations in Dingle.
My mother , his Aunty Peig, loved him.
We have very fond memories of him coming to visit us in Dingle and of going to his family home in Tralee. It was many the jar of honey he gifted to us!
May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Our deepest sympathy to Dolly, Muiris, Donall, Cait, Brid and family. Thank you so much, that we could take part at the funeral via video stream. We had the honour that we could meet Muiris several times, even at his home in Turtulla. He was a very honorable man, blessed with faith, his loving family and many talents. A fullfilled life came to an end. May he rest in peace and may his faith lead him to that place he wanted to get to.

Sincere condolences to Dolly, Muiris Jr., Cait, Donal and Brid and to the extended Cleary family. I have very happy memories of Muiris in Ard Na Croise. You never knew when the supper menu could change to Snipe, Pheasant or Pike. My mother being a farmers daughter never blinked an eye when she was plucking or gutting Muiris' surprises. Muiris was a kind, gentle and multitalented man who loved the craic and enhanced our home with his presence. He shared interests with my dad in gardening, bee keeping, wine making and of course the love of our native tongue. Muiris will be sadly missed by us all. Slan abhaile a chara, ar dheis de go raibh do ainim dilis.
