Noel I knew through the K Club and he really is sadly missed by us ladies every Wednesday - the chat and the craic before and after the game - won’t be the same at all. I’ve no doubt you miss him so very much.

I am very very saddened by the sudden death of Noel. He gave me a lot of joy here in Cologne at Fortuna Köln in my childhood. I was able to meet him again in 2020 during his visit here in Cologne. A wonderful person. Rest in peace, lovely Noel

From the first day I saw Noel playing for Ireland I loved his style and commitment. Then when I got to know him, over 35 years ago, I knew my judgement was correct. One of my great pleasures was going to the K Club and meeting Noel, encountering his humour and his advice, particularly about what we should be doing at Celtic Football Club.
