Sincere sympathies to Mary and Family on sad passing of Noel. I served with Noel in Tramore in the late seventies and I grew very fond of Noel and he was a good friend and mentor to me as a young member. We had good nights in Bonmahon playing cards with Tom Hayes and afterwars a few drinks in Crokes in Tramore. I am sad and shocked to hear of his passing and I sadly missed his funeral as I was out of the country when it happened. May Noel rest in peace.

Dear Mary and family, we share your shock at Noel's passing and offer you our deepest condolences. Noel was always warm and welcoming and each time we met he had a kind word and sincere interest in our lives. Noel was a true gent, who embraced his life in Carrick whilst remaining steadfastly loyal to Killarney and Kerry, but most evident was his pride and love for his family. We will miss him.

Am so sad that my great friend from our school days in the ‘Sem’ has passed away. We sat next to each other in the front row all those yrs. ago. We prompted one another to answer hard questions & avoid ‘rutting’ from cross Teachers. He always called me ‘Kel’ . He cheered me up on many a tough day & even put a few bob on a few horses for both of us. A really wonderful human being .Chomhbhrón dá chlann & codhladh sámh mo chara dílis .Noel - Simply The Best !
