Sincerest condolences to John,Suzanne & Noel on your father's passing.
Many an early early 5am'ish cold and wintery morning I'd hear him kickstart his motorbike from the comfort of my own bed around the corner in 21 to make his daily journey to the pidgin tower @ Poolbeg and be held in amazement and admiration for a fellow neighbours work ethic and devotion to his family so similar to my own Dad's daily trek to the city centre to whom I also held in esteem for their ethics and devotion to their young families from the comfort of my own bed .
Doubtlessly it's a tough time that I hope you all get through with the help of your own fond memories of your Dad.
May he rest in peace with your Mum now eternally and I pray you all get through this difficult time in your own ways and as a family.

I worked with Noel for years in ESB Poolbeg, mostly when I was an apprentice there. He was a friendly and generous soul. I did many a nixer for him, from music stands to Honda 50 repairs. He had a great imagination. I have fond memories of his infectious smile. Rest in Peace "Magooie"
