I always enjoyed spending time with Noel when he came to Australia or when we were in Europe and many other places over the last 30 years.
I was fortunate to have some contact with Noel again just a few weeks before his passing and i was hoping his recovery was on track.
It was not to be and the world has lost one of the good guys.
