It has been with great sadness that I and Mairtin heard of the death of Nora.I haven’t met Nora fora number of years but I have never forgotten her or the Timmins Family.I shared an office with her husband Godfrey in Leinster House for a number of years and have nothing but happy memories likewise with Billy. Edward has been a great help to me recently for which I am eternally grateful

Sending deepest sympathy to all Mrs Timmins family and friends. Mrs Timmins spent many hours patiently teaching touch typing and Gregg Shorthand to lots of future employees in the community. Will remember always how she instilled in her pupils the importance to vote in every election and checking that our names were on the local voting register. Also, her keen interest in our progress and families long after we finished our shorthand and typing exams and secretarial training. May all who are bereaved find comfort in the knowledge that your loved one made such a contribution to the lives of young people during her teaching years.
