To John and all the Gavin family, my deepest sympathy on the very sudden passing of Mrs. Gavin. I was very struck by her youthfulness, recollection and energy when I had the pleasure of meeting her at UL at the 50th commemoration event last year. And I truly admired the video of her excellent speech at the inaugural awarding of the scholarship in her Dad's memory only last week. I reckon it was a very special occasion for her and one that you as a family can cherish forever. May she rest in the peace she so deserves

I just wanted to say, for a funeral of a lady I didn't know personally, I was very honoured to be there & part of such a lovely life celebration.

It was terribly sad but FULL of love & admiration for the wonderful woman she was. It was also a beautiful tribute to all the Gavin family (Larry, Pat, John, Laurence & Anne Marie). She couldn't have been more proud of u all.

The music & singing was outstanding & really brought smiles to our sad faces.

Truly a funeral I will remember for a long time Laurence
