My sympathies to Lydia, Vladimir, Inna and all her Ukrainian and Irish friends on the very sad passing of Olena. She will be remembered for her quiet, kind, giving personality. I remember with fondness our trip to Granada in 2023 as part of the Erasmus programme with Kinsale Campus. Olena loved the sunshine and the many adventures we had. While she has been taken way too soon she has instilled memories in so many people and for that we will be forever grateful to have had the pleasure to meet and spend time with her. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

To all who are grieving the unexpected and sudden loss of Olena please accept my heart felt condolence. I too had the pleasure of getting to know olena while she studied at Kinsale Campus. A gentle caring soul. I only met her recently in supervalue. It is such heart breaking and shocking news.

I had the pleasure of teaching and tutoring Olena at her time in Kinsale Campus. She excelled in the modules in the Business Course. Her outstanding performance showcased her dedication and talent.

Known for her gentle, kind and polite nature, she was well liked by her classmates and staff in the campus.

She contributed and immersed herself into the broader Kinsale community as she was involved in the Kinsale Arts week and worked in Supervalu.

The untimely and sudden passing of Olena will leave a significant void to all who knew her especially to her classmates, the staff,the Ukraine community and the community in Kinsale
