Olga McMAHON

My sincere sympathy to Olga’s relatives on her passing. As well as feeling sympathy for her relatives I had an unusual reaction of almost feeling contented because Olga was such a lovely person that you felt better from knowing her. I go back to the “Albert” where Olga was first in the farm office and then she was the secretary to a (rum) collection of deans in the Albert and in Belfield for many years. I would have a lot of contact with Olga during periods of great change in the Faculty of Agriculture and she was always so helpful and especially to students. If anybody deserves a high pace in heaven it is Olga. May she rest in peace.

I have some lovely memories of Olga in UCD. A beautiful lady.

Olga you were always courteous and very helpful to staff and students of the Family of Agriculture UCD. As a resident of Benevin Nursing Home, you had a broad welcoming smile on my visit's, especially when I had your favourite chocolates. Susan, sincere sympathy to you and extended family.
