So very saddened to learn of Olwen's sudden passing. We worked together in Brian Collins & Assocs in the 90's. Olwen was a wonderful friend, cheerful & kind, full of chat. Sincere condolences to her heartbroken family & friends. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

I'm so sorry to hear of Olwen's passing. She was a wonderful woman to have on board at the Nappy Library. She lived life to the full. My condolences to her family and the children in particular. She will be very sadly missed.

I was so sad to hear of Olwen’s untimely death. I have great memories from our Tops of the town days. So much fun. My deepest condolences to her family and friends at this difficult time. X

She will always be my womble, she will always be an inspiration to so many,(who else would have thought fleece was funkie! ) she will always be an amigo , she will always bring a smile to my face when I think of her. I can't believe I'm typing this, it was a pleasure to have met her, and honour to have her as a friend.
I'd sooner have her here(as another friend said) , but my grandma had a saying,

Partings are heartaches that no one can heal.
Memories are keepsakes that no one can steal.

THERE'S are so so so many with happy memories of her.
She will be with you, just in an only and I say Only OLWEN way, YOUR MUM IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE A WOMBLE.
Which is why she was loved so so much.
To colm, Lauren, Shannon, Shauna, Ben and Jessica , laugh when you see her face through your eyes, smile when you remember a moment, sing out loud when THAT song comes on, and for the rest of us, remember, remember, remember, how many peoples lives she touched.

I knew Olwen from
The Cloth Nappy Library and by meeting her at the stall at the Earth Baby Fairs while sold her brilliant Funki Fleece items. She always had a smile on her face and I always really liked her. Such a talented lady and she loved being a mother above all. She will be sorely missed.

My thoughts are with you all. I hadn’t seen Olwen since School. We were dance partners long ago; We had a lovely routine with Pom poms- which we won prizes for; I remember practising in Olwens house in Perry’s town. Olwen & I will be the only ones who ever knows who ate the Turkish delight someone brought home from holidays. Needless to say Olwen was the beautiful dancer & the reason we ever won anything! I’m a terrible dancer! Olwen; sleep well beautiful girl xx
