Sincere sympathies to the McBreen family on the passing away of Owen. Owen was President of Old Balreask Tennis Club (now Navan Tennis Club) from 1976-1983. He served this young inexperienced Tennis Club with distinction and sowed the seeds of what is now a fine Club (beside Navan RFC). He persevered with the Club for eight years and only stood down when he had faith in the youth of the Club to continue the good work that he had initiated.
