Ever since he joined St Jude’s he became very much part of our lives, whether it was going to matches, having a pint in the club or just a social call to us for a cuppa, it did not matter, you always felt the better for meeting him.
He was a true gentleman and we will miss his quick wit and humour.

Paddy had a paddy wagon before the travel agents.
Every Wednesday when we were kids a blue van would arrive up on the rise outside his family home and collect his children for a day out. The Sliding door would open and Patrick, Bren and Damo would be climbing over each other to be taken out for the day by senior a great character and incredibly kind in his ways.
The same van would be collecting kids for GAA and birthdays.
RIP Paddy all our friends who played at Killians under Paddy have fond memories.

RIP Paddy. Our deepest sympathies for the family Maria, Olive and all the boys.

Regards The Cooney’s on the rise.(Damo was always better at the football then Bren and young Paddy)
