My first time meeting Mac Uí Mhóráin was as a pupil in Coláiste Muire when he first came there in the 60's. He was a brilliant man - who combined wit and learning in his teaching. Later I was back on the staff of the Coláiste and my first impressions of him were confirmed. He was kind and witty. He was the person who first introduced us to computers. When I was Príomhoide he was Vice-Principal and we worked well together with his usual qualities of kindness and respect always in place. I wish to extend my deepest sympathies to all of you - I know he was very proud of you. I would love to have been able to attend his funeral but not possible just now. May his gentle soul rest in peace. Beannachtaí, Áine
