Went to school in Kierans with Padhraig, great fun was had,didn't meet him for years after that,last year he called to pub and was great to see him again,many years had passed but he was the same Padhraig laughing and having a good time,

Am so saddened to hear of Padhraig’s untimely passing. My heartfelt condolences to Padhraig’s Wife, Children, Dad, Family and Friends. Padhraig was a wonderful team mate in Clontarf Rugby Club. We had an amazing u20 season in 95/96 winning the Leinster JP Fanagan league qualifying us for an all-Ireland series losing narrowly in semi-final to UCC who had O’Gara, Stringer, Frankie Sheehan, Mick O’Driscoll among others. Padhraig was a warrior on the pitch, he was first into war and we followed. Fearless and uncompromising, a superb backrow rugby player. Padhraig was mighty fun off the field and will be sadly and deeply missed by all his team mates, coaches and friends from Clontarf Rugby Club. God Bless You Padhraig, sleep well old friend…
