Sincere sympathy to Evelyn, Michael, John and the extended Culkin and Fleming families on Pat's sudden passing. We all got to know Pat at Gym+ Rathfarnham over many years. Pat will be sadly missed at our regular coffee mornings, on our hillwalks in the Dublin and Wicklow mountains, on the harbour to harbour walks from Dunlaoghaire to Howth every year and at our Annual Christmas Dinners. Pat was a true gentleman and a great friend to us all in the group. We will miss the chats and laughs. May he Rest In Peace.

We both have long memories of Pat, back to when the boys were in our school in Ballinteer. His friendliness and gentleness are engrained in those memories. We are very sad to hear of his sudden passing and are sending our condolences to Evelyn and his two lovely boys who are a credit to them both.

I was very sad to read of the passing of Pat. I hadn't met him in many years but my memories of a warm affable human being are not forgotten easily. Our conversations were many and varied and when it came to work, he couldn't have been more professional or helpful. I feel for his family.
