Shocked and saddened to hear of Pat’s untimely passing.I had the pleasure of working with Pat for a number of years.He was totally dedicated, a consummate professional- caring patient and always helpful - a great role model and gentleman to the core.

Dear Sandra and family,

My name is Lex from Melbourne, Australia. I stayed with Pat for a few months when I was travelling around Ireland in late 2000. Working in Temple Bar and then heading out to Castleknock after a day pulling pints. I remember Pat as a kind-hearted, gentle and friendly man. We were often "ships in the night", I think he was working in the banking industry back then? But occasionally headed out for some beers and shared some great times. Although it's a lifetime ago it also feels like only yesterday and am very shocked and saddened to hear of his passing.

I was very saddened to hear about Pat's death. We treaded the boards of many community theatres on the festival circut with LaTouche Players/Bank of Ireland Drama Group. He was always a very calming influence.

So sorry to hear of Pats death. Fond memories of working with him in Pembroke branch in the early eighties, and the many social occasions usually following 'sport'ing activities. He was a kind man with an understated but wicked sense of humour and fun. My deepest condolences to Sandra and family.
