My deepest sympathies to Theresa, Dympna and the extended family on your loss. I have fond memories of visiting your house once on a snowy day when we were in college together, Tess. As we came into the house, your mother was in the kitchen and I still remember her cheerful personality and her friendly, welcoming smile. Her funeral Mass was a lovely tribute to her, with some memorable words by the priest on an autumnal theme. It was amazing to hear that your mother had served as a Minister of the Eucharist at your father’s funeral. It was also lovely to see her grandchildren looking so like you and to listen to the very talented soloist.

So sorry to hear of the passing of my first cousin, Patricia.
Have fond memories of holidays the family spent with us in Kilbaha, Moyvane, Co Kerry.
Went to Naas to attend the funeral but had the wrong Wednesday.

Dee and Tess, I know your hearts are broken, Pat was a lady a really special person, like a mum to me and Johnnie growing up, the kids dancing to Brown Girl in the Ring in the back of a van on the way to Galway and the mums and dads driving.. When I think of Pat she is always smiling, she was a happy person and brought happiness to everyone around her, she was kind and loving and there are very few people like her on this earth. I am so so sorry for your loss, it just doesn't feel real. May God give you strength to get through the next few hard days. We are always there for you whatever you need. We have lost a dear dear friend. Switzers.
