Paddy was a very special person.
When we arrived in Oak tree Avenue,Paddy and Vera were the first people to welcome us into the area.
Over 30 years later we have shared some brilliant times together.
He left a profound,positive impression on those who were lucky to know him.
He was best company to all the neighbours no matter what age they were.
