Patrick Mulhall jnr

My deepest condolences to all of Patrick's family. It hits hard to lose a son, a brother, an uncle and husband just coming into the prime of life.

All of us who studied with Patrick have fond memories of a great character, tall tales, last-minute deadlines, but, most of all, of a stand-up classmate. We will still reminisce and treasure those memories of Patrick; of his legendary anecdotes from his time in Limerick and Spain (he often mentioned how he was helped out by a good brother and sister), his enjoyment of holidays in Italy, his tribulations in Rio de Janeiro (absolute bravery) and his near arrival in Russia (Zeljko saved him from changing nappies).

May he regale the Heavens with his stories as we fondly keep him in our memories here. May he rest in peace.

Deepest sympathies to Patrick's family and husband. I studied with Patrick many years ago at UL, and have nothing but fond memories of him. He was a truly wonderful person, universally appreciated by all who met him, and he did much to brighten up our university years. May he rest in peace.

I knew Patrick from time spent in South Korea, he was returning for a 2nd year and was on the same flight as me when I first arrived. He helped me settle in and introduced me to his social circle out there. Enjoyed many good nights out in his company. R.I.P.
