My memories of Paddy go back to when I was a child, being taken to Colmcille by my father, (RIP) Michael Doyle, Paddy's cousin. More recently, Paddy was a great friend to my mother, (RIP), Josephine Doyle who also lived at Nore Crescent. they spent many happy afternoons together and he looked out for her when I could not be there. Paddy was a genuine one-off, such a great character and he will be sorely missed by the family and everyone who knew him.
