Very sorry to hear the sad news. I worked closely with Pat on a number of projects with the VHI and Oki Ireland in the early 90s. He was a lovely man and i have such fond memories. RIP Pat. X Shane

I had known Pat for close on 40 years through my work with Cara and BT, where we saw technology change and evolve so quickly over those years. Discussions with him were always interesting. News of his sudden death came as quite a shock. Pat will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
