Dear Margaret, Elaine and Amy, I had the great pleasure to work with Pat in Tanzania and Liberia where he was an invaluable member of the ESBI team. His unfailing good humour was matched to his dedication to doing the best job possible at all times. He is fondly remembered by all of the people he worked with in Tanzania & Liberia and his personal generosity to poor soccer teams in Tanzania will never be forgotten. He was a man who was always in good humour and his contribution to ESBI's success overseas is greatly appreciated. Clare and I and sons Alan & Philip will miss him badly May he Rest In Peace.
