I am truly devastated about Paul. He was such a light of life - always giving of himself. I only just heard and am sorry that I was not present to celebrate his life. He was and is a lion. I am very sorry for you Fidelma and family. I have many fond memories of him and his laugh in particular! Always followed him on Strava. We are so very sad to hear of Paul's untimely passing. He was such a great support to NSH in the early years. We have never forgotten his kindness, wisdom, interest, support and understanding of our project.
Whilst remaining a consummate professional Paul was a great friend over the years, too. He often talked of his love of his family, and cycling of course. It all seems like yesterday.

I can't believe Paul has died.
I remember several chats with Paul in the 80's on the 33 bus from Dublin to Skerries and how Stephen Roche's win in the 1987 Tour De France inspired Paul to take up cycling.
