Paul Dixon

Paul was such a genuine guy. Always in good form. He was a great singer and entertainer. He was great fun on a night out, always joking and messing and winding us up. We had some brilliant nights in the Monday club.
Such a loss for all who knew him especially for his family and his best friend Evelyn.

So sad to hear of Paul’s passing. We watched online this morning and it was a beautiful mass with beautiful tributes and songs. He was such a gentleman with a heart of gold . Fond memories of him and Betty in Lanzarote, he didn’t even know us but met us with the essentials for the apartment, then brought us up two bowls of stew. You and Betty were like one . Betty won a few bob and wanted to spend it all on us in paddy’s bar. That’s the type of people you were . Reunited in heaven. May you rest in peace

Paul (Dico) all I can say is one of a kind. If I needed to get anything done on the job Dico would answer leave it to me ill sort it out.A fantastic singer and great characture. At times he was as good as an 2nd electrician and at other times he was as good as houdini.I will miss calling in to the house for a cup of tea and a bit of a chat.RIP Dico.
