Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of Paul Snr formiy of the Dublin Fire Brigade. I worked with Paul's son in Dublin Bus for many years and it is with a heavy heart that you mourn the loss of a loving father and husband. May the fond memories that you all hold of Paul Snr help you during this time of need.

Paul, May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be at your back. May the sun shine warmly upon your face. May the rain fall softly upon your field as the Lord Almighty keeps you at his right hand while keeping your family safe during this time of sorrow.

I would like to express my sincere condolences to Lily, Paul, Anthony, David, and extended family, on the passing of Paul.

Paul and his family were our neighbours on Newbrook Avenue. Paul was a great neighbour, so obliging, friendly and kind.

I recall Paul being called upon many times for his expertise when any of the neighbours' chimneys went on fire, including my own. He willingly helped.

I can see from the condolences offered by others that Paul carried this generous spirit throughout his life.

Rest in peace Paul.

Rita Henderson and family.
