What a wonderful man. His passing - so sad and early. May his family overcome their loss, in the knowledge he is now at peace, and probably keeping those inside the pearly gates in stitches.
— Keith Dungan, Greystones RFC
In the early nineties, Paul joined our team of 40somethings playing over 35's soccer in the Law Society grounds at Blackhall Place. We were knocked out by his characteristic commitment and competitiveness. We were privileged to have had him in our team. Whatever the match result, Paul's disarming smile showed a side of him he could not hide - that as well as being a terrific sportsman, he was a terrific guy who always saw the fun in things. Our deep condolences to Jean and to Cormac, Cian and Conor and to his extended family. May he rest in peace.
