Sincere condolences to all the Monks family. I only heard of Paul's death at the Cana Credit Union AGM during the week. I served with Paul on various working groups in Revenue, the AHCPS and more recently met him at meetings of the RCSPA. Paul's involvement in these groups showed him to be committed to the welfare of others and to making life better for everyone. May he reap his just rewards in the next life
