I was very saddened to learn just today of the sad passing of Paula - May she rest in peace. I worked with Paula in the NDC and have very fond memories of her - a wonderful bubbly enthusiast person. My deepest sympathies to her son Cian, husband and all her family.

It was with great sadness that I read of Paula's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting her on a trek in South Africa in 2004 and as our paths crossed a few times through work over the years, it was always a pleasure to meet her.

I first met Paula as a young nutrition grad straight of college. From day one she inspired me with her love and passion for her work, her brilliant communication style and her openness to support those coming up behind her. Our paths crossed many times over the years and she continued to be a pleasure to work with. She will be truly missed. RIP

CianI have just read that your beautiful mother has died. I have such fond memories of her, and always, you were her biggest love. Congratulations on your accountant qualifications. I’m so sorry to read today of Paula’s recent passing. I was on a Food Safety council in the FSAI with her when we were both working with retailers over 20 years ago. I joined after Paula and she was so kind and welcoming with lots of knowledge and a lovely way of dealing with people. We only met a few times but it was no surprise to me to see her on tv a couple of years later. She was a great communicator. Sincere condolences to all her loved ones.

I first met Paula many years ago when the family lived in Ballina. Johnny and Pauline were such lovely people.
I later worked as a student in the Corrib Great Southern Hotel where Paula also had a summer job.
