Our very sincere condolences on the death of Pauline. She was a great friend to my parents over the years - Fionn and Nora Kelly, having worked with them in the Custom House many years ago. When I told Mum last night, she was so sad - ‘another wing has gone’ ...her ‘wings’ are her nearest and dearest... and while age related challenges distanced them, Pauline was always close to her heart. Our thoughts and prayers are very much with you all at this saddest of times.
— Colette Kelly, Athlone

My brother Mac Dara, my sister Keelin and myself and my wife Eavan, son Shane and daughter Aifric would like to offer sincere condolences on the passing of Pauline. We all remember her kindness and generous hospitality, always a smile on her face, throughout the years. I myself remember staying with herself and Tom in Dun na Mara Drive in Renmore, later visiting Tom in hospital and then Pauline in Bridge Street, always a cup of tea and a welcome for any and all. She had a special connection to my mother Pegg O’Reilly, after her husband Tom’s brother Padraic died. RIP. Go dtuga Dia suaimhneas da h-anam.
