PETER HALLIGAN

I was so saddened to learn of Peter's passing. He lived next door to my dad George Abbey and his partner Brenda McConnell and was so kind to them. He drove my dad to the hospital to see Brenda when she was ill - and I believe this was every day. He was a good friend to my dad and I remained in touch with him after my Dad passed - we exchanged news and Christmas cards every year. I was just about to write him a card when I reluctantly went on line to see if he was still with us and alas, he had passed. I send my heartfelt condolences to his family. He is missed already.

Just heard of Peters death at this late stage but wish to offer sincere condolances to all the family.Lovely man,very obliging and always ready for a chat.May he rest in peace.

cousins growing up in Queen Street,Pete always had a soft spot for Margaret they were great
pals. He has gone to join his beloved Angela his brother Donald and our family in Heaven.
