Deepest condolences to Peter, Mary, John, Lisa, Raymond and to the extended Quigley and Crotty families. We were so sad to hear about Peter's death. We have lovely memories of him as a little boy, running around the garden in Killiney playing with your beautiful dogs. He was a beautiful soul and will always be remembered so fondly.

I met Peter only briefly in Falmouth, but we were in contact over email for several years. I unfailingly enjoyed our exchanges, and found Peter to be highly intelligent, engaging and truly original. I also met Pete in Falmouth and we were lucky to share a love of football even though are teams, Arsenal and Tottenham, were the deadliest of rivals.

We used to have great fun teasing one another about our team's shortcomings but my lasting memory of Pete was his unfailing kindness and warmth to not just me, but everyone.
