Peter was president of Old Wesley when I moved to Dublin and joined the club in 1980. I will always remember his welcome. He showed a great interest in people and led the club so well in his year. My sincere condolences on his passing.

Peter made a significant contribution to the development of Leinster Rugby and served as a respected and valued Hon Secretary of Leinster Rugby for 8 consecutive seasons from 1985 to 1993. His role with Leinster Rugby brought him into contact with all our Leinster Clubs during that period and he will always be remembered for his support and assistance to them in the development of their clubs. As a proud member of Old Wesley RFC he was an outstanding ambassador for the club and his passing will be mourned by all associated with the club.
