It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of Phil, a true gentleman. Deepest condolences to Breege, Eamonn, Philip, Deirdre and extended Molloy, Galvin, Moran and O'Boyle families. May Phil now rest in peace.

My condolences on the loss of Phil. I met him only once in the company of his sister Rose and my Dad, Gerard Gallagher who was a first cousin - Rose, Phil's Mum, and my grandfather were siblings from Mulnamina. I listened to their happy chatter about old times in Mulnamina after the untimely death of their mother Rose.
My memory is of a gentle kind man with a warm smile. I am certain that he will be sorely missed by all who loved him, but there will be a huge welcoming committee of Gallagher relations on the other side.
