I was shocked and saddened to hear of Phil’s death. He delivered so many building projects with me over 25 years until his retirement to France. So dependable. Nothing was too much trouble. And mighty crack throughout. The stories of exploits on the hurling field for Club and County found their way into lots of conversation. I’m very glad to have known him as a friend and colleague. My deepest sympathy to Francis and to all the Cullen family.
