Sincere condolences to the Nolan family on the passing of Phillis. My sympathies too, to her many friends in the bowling world. Phillis' achievements in bowling are unsurpassed. She was an outstanding sportsperson and a source of great pride to her clubs, to the LBLI and to her country. She will also be remembered for the encouragement and support she generously offered to those who sought her advice about the sport she loved. She will be sadly missed but she will also be remembered with great affection.
