Sincere condolences to the Phelan family on Dick's passing. He was a golfing partner to the late Frankie Grogan and they were very good friends. Dick often looked in on me in the shop at 46 Michael St after Frankies death and was instrumental in guiding me to my subsequent career. He also taught me in WIT.
