My condolences to family and friends. I sourced Richard from the internet because he was the best in the business and the kindest man to help people in distress. I was grateful and honoured to sit opposite him in his office as you educated me on the ways of the world. 'When someone gives you an unwanted gift pass it on' no truer words were ever said. Thanks Richard

My heartfelt condolences to Richard's family and friends. I knew Richard from his social media, and would just like to say how incredible it was that he helped countless people through his generous sharing of accessible, engaging legal information. He helped me personally on a few occasions and I learned a lot from watching his videos. He empowered workers with information that truly changed lives, information that is usually inaccessible to workers. His loss is a great one for Ireland, and I will miss seeing his videos and learning from him. I am thinking of all Richard's loved ones.

I was very sad to hear of Richard's death. Richard was a highly skilled, knowledgeable and tenacious lawyer. As an employment lawyer he was possessed of a lethal admixture of intelligence and cunning and those who underestimated him did so at their peril - as they would often be trounced by Richard in the relevant legal arena and would then later feature as a comical character in one of his many colourful victory stories, which he was wont to share whether one had time to listen or not. His wicked sense of humour gave me many a hearty laugh over the years and that is what I will miss most about Richard. I would have wished him many more years but alas it was not to be. We have lost a larger than life character the like of whom we shall not see again. I shall miss him.
May I extend my deepest sympathies to his family.
Love and blessings
