Rickard’s charisma, his enthusiasm, his generosity, his candidness and his big heart will be remembered by all of those who shared time with him.
He was a great man.
— Peter Frank
It has been an honour to know Rickard, work with him and play rugby with him at the local club (Brussels University Club). I thoroughly enjoyed his enthusiasm, his dedication at work and our exchanges of views about rugby and our analyses of all Six Nation games involving Ireland and France! He was a very charismatic colleague, full of ideas and considerate - a true gentleman.
— Jean-Pierre FAURE
I worked with Rickard at the ESC in Brussels during some considerable time. Sorry to hear of his death,
