It was with great sadness that we learned of Robert's passing.
We first met Robert nearly 9 years ago - when he charmed and chatted his way into our collective hearts. We feel very hounoured to have known him and so enjoyed our time together during our visits to Castletownshend including our 2 baptisms at St Barrahane's, which he facilitated and stood proxy as Godfather to our 2 children . We hold dear the wonderful memories of him holding court - whether at Mary Ann's or at Breda's B&B - with everyone doubled over laughing at his stories. Farewell Robert. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
