Ronnie was an extremely good person, I have very cherished memories of him prior to the family move to Mobhi Road after which our lives took different roads only to meet again in a house in Drumcondra one evening and renewed old acquaintances again for a short time, life then took us on different paths again.
Reading his notice in the paper last week was a terrible shock.
You have your family and memories to console you at this very sad time.
Always remembering that you got one of the good guys!

My sincere condolences to all the Clery family. Your family was a huge part of our lives in Carlow. I have many fond memories of going to Semple Stadium and Croke Park Ron, David and my Dad as kids. He will be sorely missed.
