So sorry to hear this news. Mrs Kelleher was a lovely lady. We had many happy times in her house (with Deirdre) and she always made us very welcome and showed a great interest in everything we were up to! Love to all the family.

Condolences to all the extended Kelleher and McEneaney family on the death of my Aunty Rose.

Rose was a special woman who was part of the jigsaw of our early lives. We visited ‘60’ on communion days, celebrated early birthdays together and Noel and Rose were always a presence in our lives. I have memories of Rose driving me to accordion lessons across town in rush hour traffic with a volkswagon full of children - and even occasionally saying the rosary in the car on the way home! She was a force of nature who always seemed to be on the go and occasionally doing quirky things like entering postal competitions in the 70’s and 80's or going into town to see - and speak to - Joe Duffy on his Christmas Show from Grafton Street. Taking up creative writing classes in her sixties was fascinating to me, but typical of her willingness to find new challenges.

As we ourselves grew older, Rose and Noel were at every famly gathering, christening, and wedding. She was a great companion and friend to our mother, Bridie, and the trio in ‘60’ were there with Bridie through thick and thin.

In talking with her in recent times, I was struck by her great love for Uncle Noel and how close the bond between the two of them remained throughout their lives.

I was lucky to have Rose as my aunty. May she now be chatting to all those who have gone before her, and may she rest in peace.

Having lost our mam Peggy recently & now Auntie Rose it really has been a very tough year & I hope both Rose & mam are now reunited with our dad Patrick and with our Auntie Bridie & Uncle Hugh.
